Five early signs of high blood sugar you should not ignore
Diabetes often develops quietly. These everyday symptoms are worth a simple blood test.

Many people live with high blood sugar for years before it is diagnosed. Early detection makes control much easier.
Watch for these signs
- Feeling thirsty all the time
- Passing urine often, especially at night
- Tiredness that rest does not fix
- Cuts or wounds that heal slowly
- Frequent gum infections or skin infections
Who should get tested?
Anyone over 30 with a family history of diabetes, people who are overweight, and women who had high sugar during pregnancy should get checked regularly.
A fasting sugar test and HbA1c give a clear picture. Samples can be collected at our clinic.
